Most couples want better tools for communicating. This may be because you are experiencing high conflict and frequent fighting. Or you may be feeling disconnected, wondering what’s keeping you in this relationship. Either way, you are in need of tools and support to address your issues without escalating or shutting down. I can help you recognize your own as well as your partner’s triggers. I teach self and co-regulation so you can be less reactive and better able to listen and respond in productive ways. I’ll help you re-connect so you can both give and receive the love and support you crave in your relationship.

We’ve all experienced varying degrees of pain or trauma in our lives. Sometimes that pain, sadness or fear becomes debilitating and we find it difficult to function. You may know what is causing your distress (loss of job, end of a relationship, family problems) or you might have no idea why you’re struggling. Either way, you may be feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, anxious, worried, angry or even confused. Things that have helped you in the past may no longer be working. That’s a good sign that you need some new coping skills and improved insight. I can help you discover the strength and resiliency inside you so you can overcome obstacles that are keeping you from living the life you were meant to live.
